Hello! Thank you for being here. I’ll share some facts about me:
I have more than 20 years of experience in Fitness (as a personal trainer, fitness model and fitness competitor). At the age of 27, while learning pole dancing, I came across Contortion.
Discovering this new discipline was a critical turning point for me. Initially my main objective was implementing some flexibility to my practice and never imagined nor desired becoming a contortionist. Discovering a completely new way of training, at an age most people would never consider appropriate, made me realize how much we tend to underestimate the body’s ability to adapt, learn and change.
A key factor in gaining such considerable range of flexibility at a later age was creating a coaching method that fit the adult body, which needs to be challenged yet to feel safe through injury prevention practices, correct warm up, conditioning, strength training and gradual exercise progression. Today, I aim to inspire and teach people of all ages how to unlock their body’s potential through effective techniques drawn from my extensive training experience.
I believe to be the pioneer in creating a method of training that, first the first time ever, combines (heavy) weight lifting with advanced Flexibility and Contortion skills. Last but not least, I’m an advocate for a strong mindset, which is of utmost importance in this type of training, and I take great interest in cultivating mindset practices and sharing them in my teaching.
